Fred Mohadjer entered the Air Force Academy after the college and he graduated from Lockland AFB in Texas with honnors. He was the operations commander and leader of a battalion. He attained the rank of Capitan. After the Air Force, Fred served as a US Army instructor in Germany.

In the 1980s, he found himself teaching in Los Angeles. Teaching was the stepping-stones to the corporate world. Fred went from a Director of a private college to Mortgage Brokerage firm, as its President.

In the 1990s, he sought a new adventures, and he as founded his own mortgage company. Finally, he combined his years of experience as a lender into one of the most dynamic realty teams in Southern California. Fred has proudly raised two children, both in the UC system, graduating with Doctorial Degrees within the next two years.
